Leonard founded Signicom in 1991. He studied Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Amsterdam and excels in coming up with new concepts and businesses. His boundless creativity and enthusiasm allow him to see an opportunity around every corner. Leonard has always been intrigued by what motivates people … the motive behind the behaviour. He contributes gladly to businesses of the people around him. Relevance and challenge are his personal research pursuits.
